Having a lot of options is great, but it can feel a little overwhelming. Don't worry! We are here to help you. Read over this guide, take it one step at a time, and don't hesitate to give us a call if you need any further assistance! Beautiful, one-of-a-kind embroidery is worth the time and care it takes!

The simple way to order:

Select the item you want personalized
Choose one of the recommended fonts listed
Choose one of the recommended thread colors
After you click "Purchase" a personalization form will pop up, select the font and thread color from the drop-down menus
Enter the initials, name, or text you want embroidered on the item
Place the order
Check your email regularly, review your proof carefully once it arrives, and reply to the email with your approval, or tell us if something needs to change.
Enjoy your beautiful, one-of-a-kind embroidery!

How to customize your order even more:

Select the item you want personalized
Choose any embroidery font from our library (Some fonts don't look good on certain items, or at certain sizes, but don't worry, we will contact you if there is any issue like that)
Choose any of the highlighted thread colors from the thread chart and make note of its 4 digit number (if you choose a color that isn’t highlighted it's okay, we will contact you to make sure you get what you want)
After you click "Purchase" a personalization form will pop up.
Enter the name of the font you want
Enter the color number and a word or two describing it, like "1841 dark grey" or "1841 charcoal" (we just want to double check that the thread number corresponds to the color you want!)
Enter the initials, name, or text you want embroidered on the item
Use the “Any additional information” section of our order forms to make any special requests, say, for matching colors, using special thread, or using an unusual font layout.
Place the order
Check your email regularly, review your proof carefully once it arrives, and reply to the email with your approval, or tell us if something needs to change.
